99% of the time I pick the phone up while you are calling.
If not I strive to call back in 5 minutes.  ( I can't get your work if I don't )
I'm proud to be ONE of the few that will return your call in 5 minutes.
I spend alot of money monthly for my answering system to insure that I will get your call!
MY TELEPHONE SYSTEM HAS A FIND ME FEATURE, WHEN YOU CALL IF I DON'T PICK UP THAT LINE, IT RINGS EVERY PHONE WE HAVE,
OFFICE PHONE, CELL PHONE, HOME PHONE, MY WIFES CELL PHONE.
I Advertise Return Calls In 5 Minutes From 6:30AM to 7:00PM Monday Thru Friday.
That doesn’t mean I won’t call back after 7:00PM, or weekends, I just can’t guarantee it.
I MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO RETURN CALLS IN 5 MINUTES ON WEEKENDS ALSO!

So do I really call back in 5 minutes?
99% of the time I do, at times there are exceptions:
Please keep in mind that this is not a list of excuses.
I'm not going to lie and tell you I will 100% of the time some times I can't.
I will try my best, "I WANT YOUR BUSINESS!"

Unfortunately sometimes I can't due to the following reasons:

When my Cell Phone is in a dead spot.

When I'm driving in heavy traffic or a situation that needs my 100% attention.

If I don't hear my phone, there are times when noise is too loud, traffic, machinery, etc.

When I'm on the job at a point where I cant stop (generally if it’s an emergency leak)

When I’m in a crawl space and my phone doesn’t have service.

When I’m in some of The Salem Schools or large buildings with interference,
(the service is terrible in there.)

So as you can see I make every attempt to get right back to you, I have many, many customers who can verify this and also appreciate it.

I realize that there are many Plumbers you can choose. If I don’t either pick the phone up or return the call I know I won’t get the job!

So if I don’t pick up, please know that I strive to call you back in 5 minutes, if that doesn’t happen I will call as soon as I get service!
